Cyprus Deputy Ministry of Tourism is a governmental body of the Republic of Cyprus, established in 2018. It is a strategic and supervisory authority with powers to develop a National tourism strategy, promote and project Cyprus as a tourist destination with the following, among other, main responsibilities:
- Implementation of tourism legislation;
- Supervision of the tourism sector;
- Supporting investment in Tourism.
- Promotion of tourist awareness, education and training.
The Deputy Ministry of Tourism is headed by the Deputy Minister of Tourism appointed by the President of the Republic.
